3. Sharing of Information
- With Businesses: Information purchased on behalf of an employee by a business may be shared with that business for the purpose of creating our IEQ9 team report. This team report consolidates data from all individual reports to form a comprehensive collective report. The employer will receive a summary of each employee and a team report, while each employee will receive a detailed 40+ page report.
- Confidentiality Assurance: We assure confidentiality and emphasize that employer-employee relationships should not be based solely on the IEQ9 profile. Every personality is capable of fulfilling every role equally. Our goal is to enhance each individual and thereby enhance every team. We advise companies to hire employees based on character, culture, chemistry, and competencies. Employee reports are held in strict confidence, and employees have the discretion to share none, some, or all of their individual detailed reports with their employers. What we share publicly is the core ‘type’ of each employee so that the team learns to practice EQ traits such as empathy, self regulation, and social skills. Understanding the makeup of the team around you is as important as understanding yourself when it comes to developing a high capacity team. Our corporate clients are made aware of and agree to this policy before engaging our services.
- Employee-Paid Services: If you, as an individual employee, choose to pay for our companion services, we will not share any part of your reports with your employer or anyone else without your express written consent. We offer add-on services such as personalized and confidential personal development, relationship development, onboarding, conflict resolution, etc. Those services paid by the client are contracted separtely from the company contract and therefore remain confidential to the parties involved.
4. Security of Information
We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This includes:
- Using secure servers and encryption methods
- Regularly updating our security practices and technologies
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct or update any inaccuracies in your personal information
- Request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
